1. The services and facilities offered at the Azul Ixtapa Beach Resort & Convention Center are independent from the services of the Azul Ixtapa Grand Resort Spa & Convention Center.
2. Azul Ixtapa Hotel is focused on the family market, therefore there are entertainment themes for the whole family.
3. Guests staying at Azul Ixtapa Hotel will have free access to the following services:
● Rooms with spectacular ocean views
● 2 Specialty Restaurants, with "a la carte" service ("Oyster Bar" located by the sea) and 3 buffet restaurants
● Lobby Bar
● Access to swimming pools, one of them specially designed for children
● Ecogym
● Breeze sea lounge and disco (currently closed due to Covid-19 pandemic)
● Tennis, pickleball and professional soccer courts
● Tours included (with previous reservation)
1. Azul Ixtapa Grand Hotel has facilities designed for families (adult-oriented hotel).
2. Guests may use the following facilities at the Azul Ixtapa Grand property:
● All rooms with ocean views (jacuzzi and large terrace with lounge chair included)
● 3 Specialty Restaurants, with "a la carte" service (Mexican, Oriental and Italian) and 1 buffet restaurant

● Access to three swimming pools (adults-only pool, "Infinity" pool and pool with entertainment activities)

The following services are shared, as they are located in the middle and separate both hotels:
● Spectacular shows (a different one every night).
